Espanola, New Mexico Saturday, June 22nd, 7-8:15 am - The Fire Tent Adarsh Kaur is teaching at 3HO Summer Solstice in New Mexico! This is one of her favorite community gatherings, that she has been attending every year since 1999. Summer Solstice takes place in the Jemez Mountains, near Espanola, New Mexico. Adarsh Kaur
Adarsh is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga instructor. She studied directly with Yogi Bhajan for the last four years of his life, and has studied with many of Yogi Bhajan's earliest and greatest students as well. Adarsh integrates her dance, music and theatre background into her teaching. She shares with students specific tools to help them excel and prosper in life.
