I'd like to share with you this new Celestial Communication video that Yogamint produced with me. It is very simple, very powerful, and deeply affects the heart. The mantra used is "Guru Guru Wahe Guru Guru Ram Das Guru", which is for protection, healing and miracles.
To practice this meditation, I recommend setting an intention for yourself, of something you would like to heal in your heart - it could be something you need to forgive, heartbreak, a longing, sadness or grief. Set the intention and then practice the 3 minute meditation with the video. I also recommend using the 11 minute (Flores) or the 31 minute version (Heart of Healing) of the song for a truly deep and healing experience!
