Sat Nam! It is my New Year's resolution to blog about Celestial Communication. So, I am just going to begin without planning or pondering over what would be the perfect first post any longer = )

My goal here is to share information and inspiration about Celestial Communication that is not easily found elsewhere, at least not all in one place. I will include quotations and lecture excerpts from the Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan who taught Celestial Communication. I will share videos that are good examples of Celestial Communication from different teachers and celestial creators. And, I would love to hear from you! Let me know what you would like to know about Celestial Communication, what your questions are, and let's start a dialogue.

To begin, words from the Master, Yogi Bhajan, on Celestial Communication:

"Tension is ingrown into our being. And we have prepared for you the songs so that you can do the celestial communication. It is a sadhana in which you communicate with the infinite God through your body, mind and soul. If you want to get rid of your inner grown stress this is the only one solution in the planet earth and everything comes from stress. All you have to do is just copy it, follow it and it will work. Because when meditation, prayer and activity, body, mind and soul, three gets together they work faster than anything. And it is very mechanical. The shabd is there, the sound current is there, the word is there. In the beginning there was a word, word was God and word was God. Word is there, rhythm is there, projection is there and mind has to direct the body to copy, therefore mind is there. Mind can't goof, can't go anywhere. And body is there. So that is the way to interlock all 3 for 11 minutes."

Sat Nam & Blessings.

Happiness is beneficial for the body, but it is grief that develops the powers of the mind. Do you think so?

Sat Nam! Thank you for writing.

The teachings of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan are that everyone has the birthright to be healthy, happy and holy.

I believe that the experiences of pain, grief, anger, etc are part of the natural human experience and can help us to develop our sensitivity, compassion and understanding.

I am not sure if that is what you mean, let me know!

Blessings, Adarsh Kaur
